Jennifer Scotts is a highly experienced executive with an extensive career in the energy sector spanning over three decades. She is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer of Lumina Energy Technologies, where she has been instrumental in steering the company’s technical and engineering projects. Jen’s tenure at Lumina follows a long and successful career in the renewables space. Jen holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, which complements her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she is deeply committed to social causes. Her commitment to environmental stewardship is reflected in both her professional achievements and her dedication to volunteering for those impacted by environmental disasters.
Chief Revenue Officer – Colin Lawson
With more than 15 years of experience in the financial and renewable energy sectors, Colin excels at developing and implementing growth strategies that drive revenue along side social impact. Prior to joining Lumina Energy Technologies, he co-founded a consumer finance company specializing in mortgage and insurance. As an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania, Colin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics, later furthering his expertise with an MBA concentrating on Sustainable Business. Colin is a passionate advocate for the transition to cleaner energy. Outside of work, Colin enjoys balancing his professional life with quality time spent with his family and outdoor adventures. He is also a strategic advisor to a range of non-profits that focus on environmental conservation and community development.
Sr Vice President, ESG – Sophia Waffen
Sophia Waffen is a leading expert in renewable energy technologies and environmental sustainability. With over 15 years of research experience, she holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering and has authored numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Waffen serves as the Senior Vice President of Environmental and Sustainability Governance (ESG), where she spearheads initiatives related to solar, wind, and other renewable energy sources. Her keen insights into sustainable solutions, particularly in air and water purification, have made her a respected authority in the field. Passionate about translating scientific advancements into practical applications, Dr. Waffen remains dedicated to contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable future.
